APRIL

APRIL WAS BROUGHT IN AS A STRAY IN THE LOCAL AREA, NOT CHIPPED. SHE WAS COVERED IN MATTED FUR (NOW ALMOST SORTED) AND HAD A SEVERE FLEA ALLERGY, WHICH RESULTED IN SORES AND BALD PATCHES. THIS IS EASILY AVOIDED IF THE CORRECT FLEA TREATMENT IS GIVEN. SHE IS NOW ON THE MEND AND HER FUR IS STARTING TO GROW BACK.

PLEASE NOTE SHE WILL NEED REGULAR FLEA TREATMENT FROM VETS (NOT FRONTLINE,  BOB MARTIN OR OTHER CHEAP ONES), AS SHE APPEARS TO SUFFER FROM ALLERGY TO FLEAS.

SHE IS A YOUNGER CAT (2-4 YEARS) AND IS OF A VERY SWEET, AFFECTIONATE NATURE AND SHOULD BE OK WITH OR WITHOUT CHILDREN IN THE HOUSEHOLD (OVER 6 YEARS OLD). WE FEEL THAT SHE WOULD BE BETTER AS AN ONLY CAT AND IN A HOME WHERE SHE CAN HAVE LOTS COMPANY, FUSS AND ATTENTION, WHICH SHE LOVES.

APRIL WILL NEED A HOME THAT HAS AN ENCLOSED GARDEN TO BE IN AFTER THE STAY IN SETTLE IN PERIOD.

SHE IS VACCINATED,  MICROCHIPPED AND NEUTERED.

SHE PROBABLY WOULDN’T BE ADVISEABLE TO BE FOR A LESS MOBILE PERSON AS SHE LOVES TO WRAP AROUND YOUR FEET SOMETIMES. 😊
